Vintage Vinyard Canvas

Hello my friends, I wanted to share my latest creative endeavor with you.
The Compendium of Curiousities 3 Challenge this time is Distress Photo Tinting, and sponsored by the Funkie Junkie Boutique. You can check out the links here if you're curious...

Canvas size is 8x8

It all started with a great photo. I wish I could say I took it, but my photography skills are just not that great. I love Pinterest! In fact, that's where I found the inspiration for the canvas with the peeled back layers as well as these awesome photos.
In the above photo, I made a bunch of "grapes" using glue and beads for the top of the barrell. The leaves were all cut and hand colored with permanent markers. The lantern was from my stash of .png files I used last year for halloween.
Everything used on this project was from items I had on hand. The only thing I bought was the "grapes" which are actually little styrofoam berries from the dollar store.
I have fallen in love with home decor creations. I enjoy using my art supplies to make projects for my home. I give a lot of my stuff away, but I do keep those special items JUST FOR ME!
I am also going to post this one on Simon Says Stamp Monday challenge blog. The theme this week is "Falling in Love with"
