Urban Scrapbook's Monthly Challenge - January part 2

I had so much fun doing the first layout, and I had great paper and stickers left over, so I made another layout.

I cut around the snow flake in the bottom left corner and slid my striped paper underneath. Before I did that though, I cut the striped paper with Tim Holtz' on the edge die (snowflakes).

Guess what was left as scraps? The blue border,  which I used as the title mat.

Then it was just a matter of layering my stickers and adding a little glitter to the page.
